Its not fair at all. So true though I feel the cold more too. I also miss the days where I could go out on the piss the night before work, sleep for like an hour or not at all, go to work and function. Now if I go out on the piss it takes me like 3-5 days to recover. I can’t believe all you young ones are in some sort of pain, I’m 69yrs and still feel young and on the go. I really feel sorry for you all, hope it doesn’t last for long. For a few years I have had pains in my hands periodically. It just recently has spread to my arms. I have pain every day but only sever pain (can’t use arms and hands much those days) maybe once a week or twice depending on how much activity I did that week. Nothing like what others experience. I’m 23 and I have chronic ankle pain because I was a stupid shit when I was 10 and didn’t listen to my dad when he said don’t do that at judo someone will get hurt that someone was me didn’t help that dad was also the instructor I tore every muscle and ligament around the base of my ankle and half way up the side of my calf and over the years I’ve done the Straight Outta My Thirties Shirt thing to both ankle several times so I have to use a butt tonne of Voltaren jell and lots of heat packs and ankle straps.
